Delivery Methods

• Parcel shipment via DHL: The shipment is made as an insured DHL package. After the shipment, we will send you the parcel shipment number by e-mail. In case of cancellation, the shipping costs - for already shipped goods - are not refunded.

 

Shipping costs for shipping within Germany

• 5,99 € including VAT

 

Shipping costs for international shipping within the EU

• 15,99 € including VAT – any import duties or similar charges shall be borne by the buyer.

 

Shipping costs for international shipping outside the EU

• Shipping options and shipping costs on request to shop@nlwt.love – any import duties or similar charges shall be borne by the buyer

 

Returns/Exchanges

The shipping of returns due to selection orders or in case of non-compliance is to be organized by the buyer. On request we will send you a return label.

Furthermore, we will refund the return costs for faulty deliveries or for delivery of damaged goods.

When exchanging the shipment of the barter is free. This takes place after receiving and checking the return.
